The front staff and Jessica, the Drs assistant, were all wonderful. Had my 93 year old Dad who suffeted a stroke in to see Dr Lofgreen. I felt he was not compasionate at all and didn't take the time to direct conversation to my Dad. He acted rushed and like he couldn't get out of there fast enough. Sad how the elderly are overlooked and treated.

Dr Lofgreen was awesome! He was attentive and listened to my concerns about my son’s skin. He offered options and was very thorough in his explanation. Very grateful!

I felt like he was in a hurry, and didn't really want to take care of the skin tags, etc. I got the impression he would rather be living and working elsewhere.

Very long wait both times I saw the doctor despite arriving on time. Dr. Seth is nice but not knowledgeable or helpful unless it an obvious cancer or rash. Not really concerned with the concerns of the patient, after all the waiting he was quick to say “no idea” and then move on. Waste of time and money.

I went to Dr lofgreen because I had a severe case of rhino farmer in my nose and another doctor did some surgery on it and it did a botched up job Dr lofgreen looked at my nose and redid the surgery on my nose and now it's back looking like normal all the scarring has been removed and he did it within a couple of hours and in his office and I'm extremely grateful at what he did and what my nose looks like now and wanted to just say thank you to him and give him a five-star rating him and his staff were very friendly and very very professional and they certainly knew what they were doing thank you again

Have a few spots on my face that I requested to have taken care of that he wasn't successful in doing. No other viable options provided just stuck a bandaid on me and said sorry it wasn't fruitful. My former dermatologist helped get rid of quite a few of the same problems on my face and gave me great results. Too bad she's no longer local or I would have returned to her. It would also have been nice for him to recommend some things for me and my skin. I have a lot of broken blood vessels and general blemish spots that could have been addressed, I think. Overall, just left feeling unsatisfied. Face is swollen and sore where he stuck me with a razor didnt fix my issues. Just a really odd experience all around. Even the assistant was not very friendly. Dr. Lofgren had a nice bedside manner but not impressed with his expertise in helping to resolve my reasons for my visit. Not returning.

Needed a note for the apt complex about the diagnosis and he felt uncomfortable writing one in order to get help from the apt people with her reaction from the carpeting after it was shampooed she has swelling and red burn like Mark's all over her body she has to stay at a neighbor's cause as soon as she comes to our apt the swelling and welts comes back so was disappointed
