I’ve been seeing the same ENT for nine years. I never had a reason to go out and find a different ENT because there hadn’t been a situation come up where I felt that I needed a second opinion~
‘until recently’
So I looked for an ENT in my surrounding area and I came across Dr Palmer~
I read his bio and decided he was the doctor I wanted to see.
His office got me in right away and I was able to see him in grand Haven, which is closer to my area~that was nice and convenient. The receptionist are kind and helpful.
Dr. Palmer was wonderful~
He has a way of making you feel at ease, not only because he’s personable, but because he has gone beyond what my other doctors were willing to do to get to the root of my current situation~
And that gives me a sense of peace, knowing that he’s willing to work with me to get to the bottom of what I’m dealing with. Dr. Palmer is now my new ENT.
