Dr. Sergai N. DeLaMora received his B.S. from Cornell University in 1994 and his M.D. from New York University School of Medicine in 1998. Following residency in orthopedic surgery at Mount Sinai Medical Center in 2003, he did a sports medicine fellowship at the acclaimed Kerlan-Jobe Orthopaedic Clinic. Dr DeLaMora listens and is very responsive. He got me in right away and came up with a treatment plan right away as well. It’s so nice to have a doctor who doesn’t make you wait while you’re injured.

Dr. DeLaMora was incredible with our 3.5 year old daughter when we came in for a visit for her knee. He made us feeling comfortable, explained everything thoroughly, and truly felt so at ease with next steps and follow up. There were no stones unturned and did not feel rushed what so ever.

I can’t say enough good things about Sergai! From my very first appointment, the took the time to listen carefully, explain every detail clearly, and make me feel completely confident in the treatment plan. His expertise and compassion truly set them apart. I never felt rushed, and the follow-up care has been outstanding. Thanks to their skill and support, I’m healing faster and feeling better than I expected. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an orthopedic who genuinely cares about their patients!

Dr. Sergai N. DeLaMora received his B.S. from Cornell University in 1994 and his M.D. from New York University School of Medicine in 1998. He completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at Mount Sinai Medical Center in 2003. Following residency, he did a sports medicine fellowship at the acclaimed Kerlan-Jobe Orthopaedic Clinic. While there, he had the opportunity to care for athletes of many Los Angeles area professional teams including the Lakers, the Dodgers and the Galaxy.
He joined NY Orthopedics in 2007 where he focuses on sports-related injuries to athletes of all ages and levels. He is the team physician for several area schools including Mercy College, Sarah Lawrence College and New Rochelle High School.
Dr. DeLaMora is an avid athlete who has completed several Ironman triathlons and numerous marathons. He lives in Westchester with his wife and two young children.
