Dr. Chiang was very pleasant and easy to talk to. He was also very thorough and took the time to answer any questions. All the staff at this Core location have always been very friendly and most helpful during the two episodes I have been there in the last year. Their in-house rehab clinic is also great. I strongly recommend them.

This was the first time meeting Dr. Chiang, and I'm very pleased I met him. I needed an urgent visit for cortisone injections. He was very understanding of my pain. He will be my surgeon for knee replacement so it was good that I met him before surgery.

I felt Dr. Chiang dismissed my knee problem as superficial and just said to live with it. Follow-up with your physical therapist would be a month later.

It is my first time visit for sore knee. Check in was quick. Very short wait for xray and then doctor. Dr Chiang was personable, a good listener, gave a good explanation of my problem and possible solutions. Will Certainly will continue with Dr Chiang if additional treatments are needed.

Understand what the patient wants

Was contacted by email and text of my appt on February 20, 2023. I get here that day and was told I do not have appt. Showed girl my emails on my phone, she just shrugged and told me to reschedule. I rescheduled for February 23, 2023. I am in extreme pain (right knee) doctor says he can't give me a gel injection without insurance approval. I am frustrated with Core Inst. And their staff.

He replaced my left knee 4 years ago, and he will be replacing my right knee very soon.

Incredibly friendly and answered my questions. I obtained the diagnosis I was looking for but the treatment plan was dated. I agree with pausing on running but the other portions of the plan do not align with modern practices. If I was not an athlete the course of treatment would have been acceptable but as prescribed, it would not work for my long term success.

I've seen Dr Chiang once before. He is excellent at diagnosing the problem. I had an infection in my right knee and he spotted it immdiately, prescribed an antibiotoc, and my knee is healing nicely. I think he's a great doctor.

Dr. Chiang, as well as other team members I interacted with, were pleasant, caring, and most important to me, did not make me fee as if I were in a cattle chute. Because of the size of that CORE location, and the number of patients passing through the office, it would be easy, and for many practices, standard operating procedure to be cold and hurried. But somehow the system you have in place takes all the necessary steps, including xrays onsite, but still remains very caring and human in patient interactions. Thank you to your training staff and management, and the clinicians themselves for providing a warm experience.
