Didn’t get to see the actual doctor

He seems like a great Dr, but I feel rushed when talking with him. Almost like he's in a hurry to finish the appointment. I asked him a direct question and he said his new intern who's going to school to become a Dr will finish up with my question. Thanked me, then left. This is the second time I have felt rushed with him.

Well. Not sure how doctor was because did not even get to meet the doctor at all. His PA lady was great, but I would expect to at least meet the doctor for my concerns and get some answers from the doctor. I have been to Findlay office many times for different issues, but I do not think This visit was right!

explained what he would be doing for my surgery, he followed through, and follow up appointent he smiled when I told him thank you. No pain after suffering 4 months previous!

Waited over 40 minutes for him to spend less than 5 minutes with me. Did not ever examine me, or talk to me about my pain other than to ask where it hurt and then flew through my test results so fast it was hard to understand before he referred me elswhere. He left the room so fast that I felt I was not important and or taken care of.

He is always warm in his greeting and I appreciate his calm manner when dealing with his patients.

I liked the fact that he explained everything to me in a way that I can understand. The only negative comment that I can say is that it is in and out and I only spent about 5 minutes with Dr. St. Clair.

Very efficient appointment

He told me that there wasn't anything much wrong that would be causing the pain I am having. When the results from my MRI read by the tech at the hospital that did the MRI said there was multiple things wrong and explains my pain. Also I've been denied multiple times from insurance for injections by a pain management specialist because my MRI from a year ago looked to be too bad for my injections and the pain management specialist sent me back to Dr st clair. But yet the doctors decision was to send me to a different pain management Dr.

I think he is an excellent doctor. Always makes me feel that he cares about his patients. He has a great bed side manner. Will recommend him to my friends

Was told to come in for a evaluation today. All doctor St Claire did was bring up my xrsy from 3 weeks ago. Didn't do a evaluation on my neck and arm. Still having pain in my neck shoulder and down right arm. Expects to go back to working 60 hours a week with these issues

Selvon did my back and neck surgery BUT his communication skills ARE TERRIBLE. I drove 1/2 hour for a visit to review MRI results. He told me everything was OK - I had to literally DRAG the details from him and demand to know more

Was not impressed. Came here for a second opinion. Spent a good bit of time (15-20 mins) discussing my symptoms & concerns with the CNP - unfortunately he was unable to explain everything needing answers for. He did examination & review of X-rays. Unfortunately, Dr. St Clair did not really spend any much time in the room to speak to me. Very abrupt. Didn’t even sit down nor shut the door. I’m also assuming it was the doctor since he never introduced himself - but I see from this photo above it was him. I would have expected more. Not much bedside manner in dealing with patients. Hopefully, any future visits the interaction level will improve or I may look for another provider under my plan that can better meet my care needs.

I did not feel he cared about my situation. After determining that surgery was not necessary I felt he completely lost interest in my case. He took minimal time to explain my scans, he did not ask me any questions about my condition. He seemed completely disinterested and unsympathetic. I hope his knowledge, practice, and surgical skills are better than his bedside manner and overall attitude/demeanor. I did not feel well taken care of whatsoever.

Awesome surgeon I have suffered for last year with back problems so bad I literally could not walk. Waking up after L4-L5 decompression and fusion surgery I immediately was not in pain. Bless this man and his talents.

I came to see doctor today looking for answers why my back was bruised up and have been in serious back pain for over 1 month. I left with out an answers. I felt like they didn't want to help me.

Felt like just another number that they added to their surgery schedule. Very little discussion about the surgery. Unable to schedule my surgery for 2 months. MA was very unsympathetic to the delay in surgery schedule or the amount of pain I must endure until surgery. MA not patient friendly .

Hard to rate, we only spoke for a few minutes. Even though surgery wasn't required, I would have appreciated some suggestions on how to ease my back ache.

One of the best surgeons I’ve ever had! Very caring and he knows exactly what he is doing! I feel much better since I had my ACDF surgery and my recovery was so much easier than I thought it would be! I think Dr. St. Clair is a caring and compassionate doctor. He answered my questions and gave suggestions that made sense to me. He was my doctor in 2015 and 2016, after I had a very bad accident. I would certainly recommend him to any of my friends.

Not very happy with the procedure I had done now knowing that the wrong surgery was done still have problems after two years not sure if he knows where he's going with this. Need another MRI before I can trust another surgery have way too many restrictions from last surgery changes my life need to be more cautious with the next surgeon thinking I need second opinion

I believe that st Clair would be a nice person if would have spent more time with his patients and just understand that patients want to feel like they are being heard, compassion for what they maybe going through no matter how big or small their condition maybe. I seen his assistant who spent more time with me out of all appointments and the day before my major surgical procedure than I did see St Clair himself. It’s should never make a patient feel like they are a number in an assembly line. I would always recommend OIO to anyone whom asked but feel that maybe a little brushing up on compassion and understanding for patients being seen warrants improvement always. I had major back surgery in oct.2019. Dr. St.Clair did such a great job on my back, i am not in pain any more and i can walk upright again. I think that him & his staff are the greatest.

First impression was came in left door open. Shook my hand; said who he was and “See you back for a MRI” then left. Did not ask if I had any concerns or questions. Did not sit down to talk to me. Like he had no time for me.
