I've seen numerous doctors about my dry eyes and no one was able to really make much of a difference. But Dr. Shah came up with a two-tiered program that is finally making a difference and I'm finally starting to get some relief. And for the first time I have hope that this will get to a well-managed level.

I have concerns. Didn’t look with ultra magnifier. Eye test after dye in? Said you may have a Cornia scratch but maybe not. Given over counter ointment.

Doctor shah was wonderful. Super sweet and down to earth. However, the front staff are not that great. To the woman today with the braid in her hair and didn’t want to assist me as I stood in front of her for minutes, you should not have a job. She did not want to help me with my insurance. She had a horrible attitude.

She was wonderful! Professional and reassuring. My one negative was having to wait 30 minutes in the exam room but I guess she was worth the wait. 🤷‍♀️

I was impressed with Dr. Shah's professionalism. I was not very happy with the wait time which I uh understiod from other patients was a typical occurrence. Given that Covid is still of concern perhaps additional consideration should be given to overbooking

Dr. Shah is a great eye doctor. She performed a comprehensive eye examination post-surgery in both the eyes. She was very diligent in evaluating the recovery, performing tests for eye glass prescription. Dr. Shah is an expert knowledgeable doctor, spends time explaining the pre- and post- examination outcomes, very diligent in what she does and is very polite and caring. Our favorite eye doctor.

Dr. Shah is outstanding, however the front desk staff needs customer service training. 5 stars for Dr. Shah, 1 star for the rude receptionist who was curt and non-apologetic/non-proactive about communicating they were running late having us wait 70 minutes! Dr. Shah cared and confirmed she would look into things.... she is thorough and a great doctor.
