After considerable research, I found Dr Toomey and he performed a partial knee replacement about 16 years ago. My wife and we have collectively referred at least a half a dozen of our friends for his services repairing knees. I cannot say enough, good things about his skill and personality throughout the years. I highly recommend him as an orthopedic surgeon. him as a orthopedic surgeon for your health care needs.

Dr. TOMEY was outstanding. He explained my issue in detail and suggested that I get an MRI to look for any soft tissue injury. he reviewed the x-rays that I had taken to show me the problem. I left feeling very confident about the visit.

Dr. Toomey focuses his practice on minimally invasive hip and knee replacement surgery. This includes tissue sparing Direct Anterior approach for total hips and robotic-arm assisted techniques for total knee, partial knee, and direct anterior hip replacement surgery.
He performed the first robotic-assisted orthopedic knee replacement in Seattle in 2010 and has performed several hundreds since that time. Dr. Toomey became interested in orthopedic surgery as he grew up watching his father, Dr. Hugh (Pete) Toomey, also a joint replacement specialist, interact with patients.
