Very professional and nice.
He was so nice, explained what he was doing and what to expect.
Love the doc but front desk needs something. I worked in the medical field for over 25 years so I've been on both sides. Receptionist needs to smile once in awhile...her affect is very flat. Scheduling seems to be a problem too. I arrived at my 2 week post surgery check up and even though I got texts, etc confirming my appointment, I was told I wasn't scheduled for another 2 weeks! I showed my confirmation and I was seen. Previous appointment, same thing happened to another pt. 5 people were scheduled at 1:00! We were all talking about it while waiting. Everyone else there is awesome! During surgery, I was told to arrive at 7:00am and then I waited til 910 sitting in waiting room which was completely unnecessary and a waste of time. No one else waited more than 20 minutes.
Curtious, straight forward and professional.
Pleasant easy going manner but assures you about your issue.

He is very caring and listens to what you have to say and that goes for his staff as well

Dr. Spence is first rate. Knowledgeable, forthright, engaging and experienced. And Wilson is terrific..
