Dr Heron knows his stuff and was probably a good surgeon. He has nearly zero bedside manner, most likely “on the spectrum” as far as social interaction. There should be “Good” option for star rating because he is quite experienced. He does however have that surgeon ego and blunt manner which is not perhaps as comforting as it could be.

He is an active urologist at our offices in St Petersburg, FL.
Dr. Heron was 1 of the original investigators for Urolift and has been doing this procedure since it became available in the state of Florida. He received most of his tutelage under Dr George Cooner, who did much to revolutionize the diagnosis of prostate cancer for which he was given a special recommendation by the American board of Urology.
