During his entire 31-year military career, he served our nation’s Special Operations community as both a Navy SEAL officer for 9 years and an Army physician for 22 years.
He was the first Department of Defense physician to be credentialed in platelet rich plasma and stem cell therapy for repair of musculoskeletal and spine injuries starting in 2008. He has an international reputation as an educator of other physicians and pioneered and published on ultrasound-guided techniques.
His practice is focused on the repair of musculoskeletal, nerve and spine injuries using regenerative medicine techniques with ultrasound and fluoroscopic guidance.

Friendly staff! Dr. Mulvaney was thorough with his examination and listened while I explained what was bothering my shoulder.
I'm pretty certain that there's not a procedure/treatment/therapy I hadn't tried for my constant, crippling neck pain before I walked into ROSM. The prolo therapy I had done there is the first thing that's actually made a REAL difference! Dr. Mulvaney is amazing at what he does and he also has a way of making you feel comfortable (even when you're being a chicken)! All the staff at ROSM are top notch, friendly people, something I feel the medical community is sorely lacking these days (coming from a medical professional)!

Dr. Sean is very compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. He discovered that my plantar fasciitis is in a dangerous condition, and he will give me the treatment that will reverse the problem. I feel very safe in trusting him with my treatment.
