Very personal, spent time with me, explained things on my level, very nice, quick. From the time I got there and left, I only was there an hour.

Dr. Miller is amazing. Always pleasant and takes the time to explain what’s going on and answers all my questions. Dr. Miller did my throat surgery in 2017 and I continue to see him for any throat issues I have.

He didn't go much further to make me feel any more rest assured that he was any more thorough or competent than the receptionist who couldn't figure out that entering my first and last name might locate my information I submitted to the practice.
My PCP referred me. She was precise as to why. If you have to sit down and ask me why I need to see you - I don't need to see you.
Do your job. It is a job. If you expect to get paid for it, fulfill your work duties.
If your practice is in the practice of sending patients out the door with only a consult, nothing more, never returning to your practice - you are ALL doing wonderfully!!
