The intake person seemed totally clueless on why I was there as he stumbled through, "now, what brings you to today"? For one who entered 5 weeks prior through Raleigh Ortho's urgent care and been back to hand therapy, twice, his questions did not communicate to me confidence in me or my problem...a little finger tendon issue.

I want to thank Dr. Wein for the excellent care and outstanding job he did on my recent carpal tunnel and cubital tunnel surgery. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. The procedure went smoothly, and I truly appreciate his skill, professionalism, and compassion. I highly recommend Dr. Wein to anyone needing hand or nerve surgery. Thank you for the great care!

Dr. Scott Wein, M.D., is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon who is also fellowship trained in hand and upper extremity surgery. Dr. Wein attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Medical School. He completed his residency in orthopaedic surgery at the University of Virginia Health System. Following residency, Dr. Wein obtained additional training in hand and upper extremity surgery at the Indiana Hand Center in Indianapolis, Indiana. In his free time, he enjoys bicycling, fishing, kayaking, and golf, as well as spending time with his wife and two daughters. Dr. Wein joined Raleigh Orthopaedic Clinic in August 2008.
