Great! He explained what can happen if I were to have more steroid injection in trigger finger and he knew it would come back and if it did I would need surgery. He gave me the phone number of the surgery scheduler. Sure enough the finger started locking up again after a few months. Because of his explanation, it was easy for me to decide on surgery.

Dr Scott Wein is a very good doctor. He is beyond my expectations. Have no word to express. His stafff is too good.
Starting with Diana, Rita, Jamie, Paula and there was one more helper lady in operating room. Sorry I don’t know her name. Thanks to all. I will refer to my friends that they will be in good hands. Thanks, 🙏🙏
Dr. Scott Wein, M.D., is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon who is also fellowship trained in hand and upper extremity surgery. Dr. Wein attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Medical School. He completed his residency in orthopaedic surgery at the University of Virginia Health System. Following residency, Dr. Wein obtained additional training in hand and upper extremity surgery at the Indiana Hand Center in Indianapolis, Indiana. In his free time, he enjoys bicycling, fishing, kayaking, and golf, as well as spending time with his wife and two daughters. Dr. Wein joined Raleigh Orthopaedic Clinic in August 2008.
