Before starting his medical career, Scott grew up in Wisconsin and attended Northwestern University, where he studied biomedical engineering as an undergraduate. While at Northwestern, he was the cadet commander of Chicago Army ROTC and was commissioned as an engineer officer in the US Army. Dr. Tuttle spent four years on active duty, including a deployment to Afghanistan as the Chief Engineer for a Special Operations Task Force. He rose to the rank of Captain before leaving the military to pursue his dream of becoming a physician. Dr. Tuttle and his family have moved to the south suburbs, and he looks forward to serving patients in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
