Appointment was with Trenhaile. I haven’t seen him since I was taken to surgery 8 months ago. Thankfully his PA & NA have given me excellent care. Wait time was really long today too. 1.5 hours.

Disappointed with follow up visit. Called 4 days prior to appointment with potential issue with bicep tendon after surgery and didn’t see Dr after being told prior to surgery that I would see him and we would go over the procedure and pictures of the procedure. None of that happened which was disappointing.

Would rate him, but never saw him. Running late waiting 1 hour and nurse practitioner came to see me instead. Like always all doctors there running late. Time is equally important to all people. Doctors time is no more valuable than patients.

Saw an assistant and recieved a Cortisone shot in my shoulder that has been hurting all day...like bad! My shoulder feels worse! I'm hoping it will go away soon, it's been 16 hours!

Knowledgeable and professional. Only had 1 appointment so a bit early to tell. Would have been 5 stars but he seemed a bit rushed and irritable at 1st. He warmed up though. I would see him again.

So very pleased with this appointment. Dr .T explained everything and answered any questions I had.

Gives statements to lawyers in general basis instead of looking into patients history to provide detailed info, which hurts patients in court for workman's comp. Ex patient had incident at work 5 yrs ago so the injury could be related to something else. If Dr checked history he'd know complaints were ongoing and worsened over time vs injuries could be related to something else. Patients put their faith in their dr hoping that they'll do things properly to insure the best outcome with healing and compensation. When time isn't taken to research even a little bit it ruins chances of patients being compensated properly. I know doctors are busy but every patient deserves to be treated like more than a number.

The “good old days” are long gone!!!!’

Wow, Dr. Trenhaile is an amazing doctor. He was able to diagnosis and come up with a treatment/surgical plan for my complex shoulder injury. I am so grateful I was able to get in to see him.

Although I may never get to see how good he is, my visit and our discussion about my shoulder was outstanding. Due to many factors, he suggested I wait to see if it gets worse.
