Friendly visit, answered all my questions, did some exrays, tells me I need to loose 30 pounds before I can have surgery to replace my left knee.

Dr. Swayze is very thorough and explains things that you can understand. He gives you your options and helps you make a good decision. Very good bedside manner as well.

Dr. Swayze is the best Orthopedic Doctor in The Atlanta area. My hip replacement was excellent.

The Doctor was great but pffice procedures ruined my experience. When I got there, I handed in my insurance cards for them to swipe and they gave 8-10 forms to fill out. Several of the forms asked for my insurance information, which required me to re-enter information repetitively, providing opportunity for errors and increasing time to fill out forms. The forms asked for my Social Security number, which is a huge security exposure. It provides an opportunity for hackers when they breach their system to grab my SS number and ruin my credit. One of my prior doctor's systems was hacked, so it can occur. I arrived with my x-rays on a disc to show them that had been done at another physician's office and given to me free (several other Dr's had also given my a copy of my x-rays gratis). They needed to take more x-rays. When I asked for a disc of my new x-rays, they charged me for them. This peeveed me. So far, Pinnacle office practices leave me to wonder...

Dr. Swayze is my 3 Orthopedic doctor in 10 years. I’ve been told by 2 doctors relating to my knee pain, I just need to lose weight & I’m too young for knee replacement. Finally Dr. Swayze is going to help me. He took his time & listened to me. I do have to lose 25 pounds in order to have the surgeries but I’m hopeful fo new knees in 2023.

There was an emergency so I had to wait about 45 mins. to see anyone. I did get to see the PA in Dr. Swayze's place. She was very thorough and explained everything. It is great to know he has such wonderful colleagues to fill in when he is pulled away for an emergency!

Dr. Swayze reviewed my symptoms, completed diagnostic assessments and presented treatment options with pros and cons. This allowed me to consider with his expertise the best option for me. Very caring and explained knee problems so we could understand.

Waiting room Emma’s socially distant., but the lobby was really full of a lot of people and it was hard to distance from folks. Suggest staying in our cars perhaps until we are called when y’all are busy.

Even though the Waiting room was crowded and the white was still not long and the attention by the nurse and the doctor was very prompt considering how busy they were. I feel like I got a very good attention and I’m hoping that now everything’s gonna be fine because I receive such good care

Great experience with my 2nd total hip replacement. Dr. Swayze my 1st total hip 2.5 years ago. He did my 2nd one 2 weeks ago. I’m already walking up to 2 miles a day without cane or walker. I felt better instantly. Well, as soon as I woke up 😊
