Was about 40 minutes late, spent maybe four minutes ordering an MRI then left the room. I wasn’t sure we were done except the assistant came in to get ky info. No good bye see ya soon from the doctor. This was a ln appointment to reassess the foot that still has pain and point to the spot two inches away that he never paid any attention to. Likable guy, so so doctor. Costs me a lot of time and extra effort which I’m short on due to being in pain.

Excellent care. He is continuing to guide me to receive the best outcome for my ankle problem. Extremely happy with his service.

This is my first visit to Monterey Spine & Joint as well as with Dr. Smith. I am happy that I have decided to seek solution to the health issue with my left foot after so many years. Starting from the receptionist, the clinical staff (sorry that I didn't get their names, but I'll remember who they are) and Dr. Smith himself, I was treated fabulously, and was entertained by the staff sense of humor! Dr. Smith is an amazing doctor he’s funny. He truly cares and wants you to feel better. His staff is very professional super sweet and very helpful to your needs. My Plantar Fasciitis is so painful and Dr. Smith takes care of it every time.

Poor patient connection. Late to appoint- ment. No confidence in his treatment and proceedure. May have caused me future problems from his intervention and proceedure. Fast, superficial and uninterested in patient.

Nice person but very limited in what he offers for neuroma pain unless you want surgery or qualify for a cortisone shot. No other options; waste of a $50 co-pay.

The worst MD experience ever, behaviorally as well as the the minor surgery he performed. The two sites look like a five year old performed the procedure. I now have to look for another podiatrist to rectify his work. MSJ deserves a more competent and appropriate foot doctor who performs to the standards That your clinic is known for.
