he is very abrupt and rushed. He acts as if the patient ought to be an expert on ophthalmology. . . when you ask a perfectly reasonable layman's question, he makes you feel like you are an idiot. He tries to be personable in a phony, small-talky way when he first walks in the room. Definitely one of those "I am the doctor and know everything, you are the patient and you know nothing'-types. Not at all interested in addressing patient concerns or questions. Acts bothered by them.
