Dr Ritterman has been great. He listens, is patient and is very available to answer questions. He is a very caring doctor.
Dr Ritterman looks you in the eyes when talking and apologizes for running late for the appt. It's very refreshing! Don't know yet what he's like as a surgeon, otherwise I'd give him 5 stars.
He was straight forward with diagnosis and possible treatment options. I liked that he was not pushing me toward knee replacement.
