The doctor was a half hour late for my appointment. After I made it clear previously that I only wanted to speak to someone that would do two knees at once I come all the way in to sit and wait for this guy to tell me he's only going to do one knee! Wrong answer your fired!

Dr. Ritterman has a very upbeat energy. His communication style is concise and clear. I liked that he took the time to review a report and made a very prompt and direct treatment plan. He appears very knowledgeable, and he has a pleasant demeanor.
