Great doctor and surgeon! He takes time answering your questions and you don’t feel like he’s rushing to get to his next patient! Excellent bedside manner!, too! Highly recommend him and I have to family members who were also very satisfied with his care! Very pleased with my health care under Dr. Scott Plaster!

Dr Plaster, is simply fantastic. He comes in with a smile and wants to answer any questions and make sure we as patients are heard and understood. I love this. His bed side manner is amazing and his surgical skills are top notch. I would trust him over any other provider on Tulsa, Oklahoma, in fact the U.S. He is the best.
So glad he did my anterior right total hip replacement.

Dr. Scott E. Plaster, M.D., is a board-certified and fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in hip and knee reconstruction. Born and raised in Tulsa, Dr. Plaster returned home after completing his training to care for patients in the community where he grew up.
Dr. Plaster earned his degree in Biomedical Engineering and his medical degree from the University of Oklahoma. He then completed fellowship training in Adult Reconstruction at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, with a focus on robotics, direct anterior hip replacements, and revision hip and knee replacement.
He performs contemporary surgical approaches, including direct anterior hip replacement, robotic-assisted hip and knee replacement, and complex revision procedures. His approach emphasizes careful surgical planning, evidence-based decision-making, and helping patients return to function safely and reliably.
Dr. Plaster comes from a family dedicated to orthopedic care. His father, Dr. Rodney Plaster, has been performing joint replacements in Tulsa since 1989. Continuing that tradition, Dr. Plaster is committed to serving the Tulsa community with steady, patient-centered care.
Outside of medicine, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their five children.
