The receptionist was terrible. She got onto me in front of everyone in the waiting room. She even put a patient on hold on the phone so she could berate me. Not acceptable and she is always always unkind.

Dr. Plaster had an excellent bedside manner! He was very good at discussing and describing my knee replacement surgery. It's greatly appreciated that a surgeon takes their time to get to know the patient, and talk with them beforehand. That was not the case, when I was scheduled with a different surgeon last year. Thankfully, that surgical appt was unable to be kept, allowing for me to get with Dr. Plaster. I already have an appointment made, to have him do my other knee. I'd highly recommend him to anyone!

I had a very complicated procedure. Dr Plaster did extensive research to achieve the best results for me. He was totally honest about what may or not be the outcome. All is well and now I can walk so much better.
