Dr. Murch meets my criteria for being a doctor I like. He's pleasant, considerate, and a good explainer. His staff is the same, picking up on and mirroring his upbeat personality. That he is a skilled surgeon goes without saying. No complaints from me on that score. There was very little wait time at any of my appointments, either, and he was very helpful in getting me scheduled as soon as possible. Ditto the staff.

Dr. Murch was extremely professional and relateable. I went to see him nervous and just not happy. He made me feel like my concerns were valid, and set a great plan for the future. The surgery came and went. He voiced his concerns with the healing and state of my bones. We followed the plan, and we are both extremely happy with the progress and pain relief that has come out of the visits with Dr. Murch.

I was very disappointed in my appointment. I left with no answers and no recommendations. I had to ask him if he had looked at my shoulder x-rays before coming in. He hadn't. I also had to ask what he would suggest I do next. It seemed to me that he didn't really care and hadn't read my arm/shoulder history in preparation for my appt. He had a pleasant personality, but that was not what I was looking for.

Excellent listened to my problem with my shoulder checked it over and settled no dislocation! Friendly and great attitude.
