Dr Mandel is very knowledgeable and very helpful and so isn’t his entire staff. His assistant Samantha was especially helpful with the removal of the stitches because that is the worst part for me lol
Kind, knowledgeable, answers all questions clearly and in layman's terms.

Very professional. Kind. Listens well. Explains things clearly. Although he may be busy, he never makes you feel rushed.
Dr. Mandel has been very good with dealing with my shoulder issue. Describes all options and makes sure I understand.
From the time I walked in the door until I walked out, EVERYONE, was smiling, pleasant, jovial and polite AND I was told my shoulder was fully healed, and I could go out and play again but just remember you’re 75, not 25. 😁
