Dr MacDiarmid saw me as Dr On Call as I had no appointment. I am a well established patient of Dr Pace and I had tried for 2 days, after leaving several messages on Nurse Triage line that I had a painful UTI. I got No Response to ANY of my messages.
I came to the office hoping to get some help.
He was empathetic and immediately read the urine sample and prescribed an antibiotic.
Your staff is uniformly polite and helpful but there is a serious problem with response to Nurse Triage.
