This is the second time I came in for my shoulder and neck pain, and still nothing is being done to address it, other than making excuses and passing it on to someone else.

I am a new patient. Thought my appointment was with Dr Wisotsky and apparently even tho the online scheduling said it was with him, I never saw him. Slightly disappointed and hopefully my next appointment will be with him.
Should really be more clear online with who is actually going to see the patient. If your policy is to be seen by a PA for the first time then just state that. It would resolve the confusion some may have, like me.
