The doctor was very nice, explained all my options and answered my questions.
Had an 10:50 appointment and didn’t get called in until 11:25. It was another 20 minutes before his assistant came in to speak to us. She told us what the doctor was going to say based on the x-rays and MRI. Never saw the doctor ( wasn’t going wait any longer, had things to do). And still had to pay the copay.
