Dr Smetana is great. He explains things very well so you understand what is needed and how hd will do it. I also like gag ic it is something hd can take cats of that day and save you an extra trip he wife his best.

The care from Sophia and from Dr. Smetana & his assistant was excellent. But I spent more time in the office than I should have. I reported on-time at 09:00 butwas not taken back to an office until 09:30. Then other delays resulted in waiting an hour when, imo, it should have taken ~ 30 minutes. So it was 10:30 before the visit was over.
