after being seen by two emergency crews for an object logged in my ear , I was beyond hopeful that the object would come out due to some many people trying already , I was a bit of an over dramatic patient (not that I wanted to be I’m just a baby when it comes to pain) the moment he walked in , I felt completely safe and calm. After examining my ear , he said with confidence that he will get it out today. And he did within 5 min of me sitting down him looking he got it out !!!!! I could never thank him enough, I was prepared to live my life with this. Such a fantastic doctor, amazing experience. He definitely put me at ease when other couldn’t. So thankful for you !!!

We saw another doctor in Houston for the same problem a month ago. Dr Kramer discovered a polyp which more than likely was the original cause. He was very professional, kind and added a little humor. We were very impressed with the thorough exam and thoughtful, gentle treatment.
