Caring and thorough in exam, and great bedside manner. My 92 years old partner, retired surgeon gives him a 10 also. Staff great to deal with also.

This was my first visit with Dr. Kramer. He will be removing my thyroid. He is the most compassionate, very informative. Makes sure you are comfortable with everything. He is telling you. My future surgery will be much easier knowing he is my doctor. I would give him 20 stars if I could.
