He is an outstanding cardiologist. He should be rated as a 5+. But he is frequently late for appointments. This time it was an hour and a half after the nurse did the initial assessment. No one came to explain the lateness Nursing staff as well as office managers need to reevaluate the schedule policy. DON’T overbook or double book. DONT expect him to cover inpatients during office hours. I understand the nature of an.active cardiology practice. But Dr. Jorenson is going to lose patients. He needs also to problem solve with nursing and scheduling staff. Patients are not notified by nursing and have to wait sometimes up to 90 minutes as was my experience at the last appointment.

Been seeing Dr. Jorensen since major stemi in 2017. Would highly recommend him to anyone. If I have emergency, I would want him over my care if at all possible. He does everything he can do to keep me out of ER and I surely trust him.
