I had Another wonderful visit to Jordan Young for a back pain management proceedure. I was treated with respect and was informed of every step of the process. I was welcomed and the staff in the room with the doctor were great. This is how a health care office should be run. Truly magnificent and I highly recommend this Jordon Young office.

Ill prepared. He didn’t look at my previous mri before coming in. Assumed without talking to me it was my hip, then SI joint when my problem is sciatica and nerve pain and weakness in my legs and me.

First time I went I was not hopeful. My pain was in area of spine everyone kept saying looked ok even though occasionally had to go to ED due to pain so severe I would chew through a limb. He looked at mri did the epidural and I knew right away it was in correct place because I had pressure in area of where I get the severe pain. I went to him 3 times last year and didn’t go to the ED once. He is so knowledgeable and so kind!! Amazing doctor very gifted

Only awareness of the needle entering. I promised them all Hersey bars. His primary assistant was exceptional as well. I did not expect much help from the numbing. I should asked to take it home for the next crisis. Effective.

Did not tell me what to do for pain other than continue with Tylenol however Someone called back the next day and had a prescription, but I was already taking a Similar muscle relaxer So she canceled the prescription. I did not have to wait long for my appointment and everyone was very efficient.

Doctor Horn quickly and efficiently answered my questions about my back spasms and hip pain. He used c-Rays in his diagnosis and those were quickly obtained during my visit. The entire staff was pleasant and professional.

My recent appointment with Dr. Horn was to address bursitis in my left hip with an injection. I was apprehensive since I knew it would be deeper than your average cortisone shot. Dr Horn and his team are amazing. I have seen him for many years for degenerative neck and back issues. He's competent, caring and provides conservative options for pain management. I highly recommend him.

I found his bedside manner to be flippant and uncaring. No explanation of what he was doing during the procedure. Staff mirrored his lack of respect and lack of empathy. Laughing among the ladies assisting in the room. I’m sure he’s experienced but I won’t return. There are other doctors that are not lacking in ability with much better understanding of how to treat their patients.

Very quickly identified a problem that had been misdiagnosed for more than 6 years. One injection (non-steroidal) gave immediate relief! I now need to learn to walk correctly again, but the pain relief is outstanding!

Dr. Horn relieved my neck pain instantly. From check in to check out the experience was extraordinary.

Was very rushy. I waited 40 minutes past my appointment for him to see me in 7 minutes flat. I could have done my visit virtually. I could have also had my MRI ordered prior to visit so that the visit with him would have been a discussion of treatment needed.
