Patient, thorough, answered all of my many questions!
I’ve always had an excellent experience at Midwest Eye Care and this was no exception. Dr. Greder was great and my exam was thorough and I felt that all of my concerns were addressed. Happy with my adjusted prescription and Will continue to visit this group for my eye care needs. Thanks!!
This was my first appointment with Dr. Greder. I’ve been a patient of Midwest Eye Care for 25+ years. Dr. Hottman was my original doc, performing my lasik surgery and yearly visits. When he retired I was bounced between others in the practice. Dr. Greder gave me more information during this appointment then I’ve received in a number of years.
Didn’t wash his hands before touching my face. Didn’t share results of eye pressure readings. Vague in his recommendations “2. Maybe every 3 hours.” My perception was that he was rude, arrogant, and hadn’t bothered to view my existing eye and health issues. “You have a little bit of inflammation.” You might to see someone about this.” No written instructions until I asked the eye technician.
Friendly, knowledgeable.
He was caring, knew his craft very well, and made sure I understood everything about my eyes.
Good service, he asked questions and answered an issue I brought up with my vision.
Encouraging and patient. Provides explanations. Very kind.
Out standing service performance by every step of the process
Very caring.
