He’s does a flawless job. He IS kind, empathetic, compassionate, knows his field inside and out and it shows. Describes what he is going to do in detail & if you don’t know what he’s talking about and you tell him or ask him he stops talking and answers your question/questions minus an attitude of course. He treats you like a relative essential & not a patient in all of the good ways. Whatever your eye issue is I feel like he will ABSOLUTELY figure it out and do the procedure himself flawlessly. He tells you in detail what the pre-op & post-op steps are and again, if you have one or 61 questions he stops talking and calmly answers them no matter how many times you ask to make sure you are comfortable because he really does care about each of us like family & he knows coming to a Doctor is scary, uncomfortable, nerve wracking and serious. He meets you where you are at a customizes your care to that. He’s also sincerely humble. I’m glad he was recommended to me for my glaucoma care.
