Dr Fertels is very friendly, a good listener, explains all my health concerns in detail and in an easy to understand language.
He greets me, on time, with a smile, uses my name and has reviewed my chart when he enters.
The office staff greets me with a smile in their voice and are very efficient. I never wait more than 5 minutes to be seen by the assistant in an office, with Dr. Fertels right behind her.
I feel very confident he’s the right doctor for me. I highly recommend him.
