He greets me, on time, with a smile, uses my name and has reviewed my chart when he enters.
The office staff greets me with a smile in their voice and are very efficient. I never wait more than 5 minutes to be seen by the assistant in an office, with Dr. Fertels right behind her.
I feel very confident he’s the right doctor for me. I highly recommend him.

Dr Fertels has been both my husbands and my dr. for many years now. We feel confident in his recommendations and know we are in good hands with his expertise. His bed side manner is wonderful, he is not only knowledgeable in his field of medicine but also extremely easy to talk to. He makes you feel like you have been friends for a long time!
