Dr. Eskildsen was wonderful and patient with my questions. His MA Donna was less than pleasant. She did introduce herself but that was it. I work in healthcare as well and good customer service is key. A friendly smile and a welcoming voice would be greatly appreciated and it goes along way. ROC is held to a higher standard and clinical staff should be as well.

Answered all my questions and Dr Eskildsen has a great bedside manner. I would have him as my surgeon again. Wait, I AM having him as my surgeon again for my right knee.

Dr. Eskildsen was excellent—truly excellent. He took the time to clearly explain the mechanics of my hip and why I have been experiencing so much difficulty.
He was patient, kind, and never made me feel rushed. He answered every question thoroughly and discussed both short-term and long-term options for managing my condition. I greatly appreciated his professionalism, expertise, and compassionate approach to care. I would recommend Dr E to anyone that would need a kind professional Doctor that would make you feel heard and gives you the time deserved to help you solve problems.

Felt dismissed because it wasn’t a hip replacement or repair to the labrum.

Scott was welcoming and very intentional about his responses to all of our questions. He was very reassuring and clearly an expert in his field! I don’t look forward to having a hip replacement, but if I have to have one he is definitely the surgeon I want doing the procedure!
