Dr. Scott Eskildsen began his academic career at Tulane University in New Orleans, LA in Cell and Molecular Biology and History and continued at Tulane University for a MS in Cell Biology. He received his medical degree from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine in Richmond, VA and during this time he was elected a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. Dr. Eskildsen completed his orthopaedic surgery residency at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. After residency, Dr. Eskildsen completed a fellowship in adult reconstruction at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, OH.

Dr Eskildsen is not only an extremely skilled surgeon, but an excellent communicator as well. If you're experiencing joint issues, Dr Eskildsen is the person to see. He did my total left hip replacement surgery in April and today, I am walking again without pain. Thank you Dr Eskildsen.

I wasn’t much impressed … he came in quick and asked questions. He didn’t offer much really in terms of advice.
My experience with Dr. Eskildsen was pleasant and professional. He listened to my concerns and obviously understood them, for he addressed them as he explained his analysis as he addressed them. He is a credit to the medical profession and to your practice!
