Communication is good Office management has issues so wait time is unusually long

Very happy with my appointment. The tech was awesome and Dr Stice is always very nice. Plus the front gals were very nice.

I had to wait for 30 minutes before I was called back to a room. Otherwise my exam went smoothly .

Dr Stice explained what he found in my eyes very clearly and completely. After he completed his exam and explanation, I had a very clear and complete understanding of the condition of my eyes.

Absolutely felt taken care of by an incredibly competent provider and staff. They listened, they made me feel at ease, they didn’t make me feel bad for not coming in in 10 years- lol. I can’t remember the tech’s name but he took care of me at the commercial location 7/11 around 3:30. He was great! Dr Stice is a pleasure as well. Highly recommend Dr Stice and the clinic.

Dr Stice and Marcos are great. Problem is with front desk in handling emergencies. I had a dictor's office call twice to alert 9ffice I was coming in as an emergency. Front desk said thet never got messages. Please fix this problem.

The entire office visit was a wonderful experience. My visit was started in a timely manner by a kind and professional guy. Dr. Stice was very thorough in his evaluation of my issue.

I found Dr. Stice to be very aloof, arrogant and defensive, when I told him my vision was worse now than when I had had the cataract surgery, he stood up over and was very demeaning to me. I am very unhappy with the procedure, and would not recommend Dr. Stice.

I was in there Monday for my 94-year-old Mom's appointment and she had a young man that did her eye test Etc and today I was in for my appointment and I had a young lady. I wanted to say I was so impressed with the both of them. They were friendly and actually had the attitude that they cared for their patient. They also seemed very knowledgeable and willing to share that knowledge which always makes you more comfortable.. More places need staff like that. Please give them my thanks, and by all means keep them both. I'm sorry I forget names very quickly.

Dr. Stice gives a thorough eye examination and dictates detailed information very well to the Scribe. When I inquire about an item being dictated, he gives a brief explanation in layman terms and is very respectful. He has an excellent bedside manner and always takes time to answer my questions when concluding the exam. I have referred several friends to Dr. Stice over the years.

I have been terrified of getting cataract surgery. His demeanor and care made me feel much better after he explained the procedure and choices. The only downside is that the wait is too long out on his calendar.
