Dr. Stuempfig is the best pain management Dr I have seen. He has helped control my pain and even reduce it over time while offering alternative options, yet never making me feel that his plan is the only option. He has always accepted my input and is not afraid to think outside the box.

Scott listened to me, asked pertinent questions, took his time and had to repeat some explanations to me. He wasn’t rushed. He got MRIs and scans up on the monitor and showed where the problem is located. I felt reassured.

He’s just the greatest guy. I’ve been seeing him for a long time and he feels like a friend who’s going out of his way and doing the best that he can to make me feel better.

The Best to see

Dr. Stuempfig always listens to what I have to say. Whatever questions I may have, he takes the time to answer completely. I think he has a kindness about him and appears to care about his patients. The office is very organized, and whatever needs to be done, including appointments, necessary paperwork for insurance, prescriptions, etc. are all done correctly, and in a timely manner. As a patient, I appreciate all of these things.

I absolutely love Dr. Stuempfig and his nurse Angie is absolutely amazing. However, it is terrible that people have to live in excruciating pain every minute of their lives because they feel that you are just drug chasing. Give me alternatives please, I will do whatever it takes to not live the life I am living. I feel that he needs to follow the FDA & CDC recommendations, however there are exceptions to every rule, when a person cannot do anything except go to doctors and get 100’s of needles and they follow all the rules to the contract they signed I feel that person should be given latitude on the medications prescribed. They talk mental health, what does living in hell do to someone’s mental health. Please make him understand that.

Doctor Stuempfig by far is one of the best providers at Bone & Joint. I have been going to Bone & Joint for a good number of years. I have dealt with a handful of providers for different reasons. He is one of the top to listen in depth to the problem. To truly care and understand and I really believe knows a person's real pain from a person who is coming in from the other end (non judgemental here) with the pain being more psychological. I myself deal with a great deal of PTSD, I know what REAL pain is. I've experienced severe traumatic injuries in my past. I also suffer from Chronic pain which is under control. Mental Health is a huge thing in this world and for some providers to not understand and or judge differently because of pain- I feel they (providers) should or could benefit a bit more on awareness of mental health. Alot of Mental Health Patients are/were or could be professionals themselves. I'm sure many would love to see this. ❤️❤️

This doc—where do I start?! He’s always up to date on new/emerging meds and procedures, he’s always (I MEAN ALWAYS!) caring and LISTENS to his patients. He will explain things in terms you understand. He takes time — all the time you need! (Within reason…he’s a busy guy…that’s your clue that he’s great.) I’ve seen Dr Stuempfig for over 13 yeats and I’ve even looked at other docs in bigger cities…no one compares. This sucks cuz now he might be harder for me to get in to see, but I need to give this man all the accolades he deserves…truly a 5 star rating.

I have been seeing Dr. Stuempfig for the last 6 years due to a work related injury. Due to my injuries, I now have permanent back, hip, and nerve damage. He goes out of his way to problem solve issues in order to find the best remedy. Dr. Stuempfig shows great compassion for his patients, and you can tell he really cares.

As usual Dr Stuempfig took his time explaining to me the process of how my situation was going. Easy to understand. Explained the X-rays when showing. Explained procedured that will be happening. I had brought my Son to this visit so they could both finally meet. He acknowledged and said HI to my son without going into any discussion. Which is a good thing. Most would ask questions as "so you help Mom around the house," etc. I was very happy that didn't happen. Things get rough with my Son and his issues already. I was thankful they finally met. Dr Stuempfig has a very caring side of him. When we left- then my Son said "he was nice"
