1. Reason for visit Hearing loss.
Problems , I could not hear the front desk people . I had a Hearing aide in but they didn't look at me so I could read there lips or majesty and effort to speak any louder. Dr seemed to be board and annoyed at my issues and concerns. The Hearing test lady was so wonderful! She was really professional and kind as was the Dr assistant who took the time to answer my question after the Dr left.
I was going to schedule with the Hearing aide professional but I couldn't get the receptionist response and gave up and left. I just ordered Amazon Hearing aides. Saved thousands. Wish I could get a refund on my Dr visit!
