Very caring and his staff is friendly.
The staff was rude and nasty. The lead person, Shay, was the worst I have ever encountered in my 80 years. I tried to use the bathroom and she stopped me. When I said I had to use the restroom, her reply was "don't talk back to me". Her team all started laughing. I have never been treated like that in my life. I will never go back. In my opinion, Dr Karvadia is an excellent position. That’s why I chose him. He took great care of my wife right up to her last days.
I just wish my urge incontinence would go away! Having to pee frequently was the whole reason for the surgery!
Dr K is very good and explains everything in detail. He shows a true concern for my well being. If you have a question he takes time to answer..Overall he's a good person. 👍
