In the "fast-paced" whirled of today's medicine, it is difficult to do what Sasha Druskin is doing - attending carefully to the patient's problems - effectively. Thanks for the opportunity to provide this feedback.

Had to wait almost an hour for a video appointment today. I can never get through with a phone call. If I miss a call from the office and return the call shortly after still no answer. They want me to come in to be seen for little things that could be delt with over the phone or by email. I'm getting a little frustrated and considering finding different urologist.
