I honestly have no idea why this place is recommended by anyone. I came here based on multiple recommendations, and from my very first appointment it has been consistently awful.The front desk staff were rude, and the office was completely inept when it came to my insurance. It took months to sort out VA Community Care—for no reason I can understand—because my VA care coordinator told me this office works with Community Care regularly. Yet somehow they couldn’t figure it out, and their incompetence ended up costing me over $300 out of pocket. They also have zero respect for patients’ time. They are consistently running late—not 15–20 minutes, but 45–60 minutes late. More than once, I left appointments and ended up over an hour late to work because they can’t keep a schedule.
The ultrasound experiences were borderline horrible and honestly traumatic. Check out the rest of my review on google.
