Very kind, knowledgeable and empathetic. Even though I didn't need surgery for my fracture, I would definitely want Dr. Shippers to be the surgeon if surgery was warranted.

She's great. When it came to any questions or concerns, she gave it to me straight. Understandably she's a busy woman but when it's your turn she'll hook you up. She was even nice enough to go along with my idea when it came to my injury and all went well in the end. She didn't just push like she knows everything and not give you a chance, nah she actually gave me a chance to do things my way with the healing process, tried it out and it went well. Cause like I said she'll give it to ya straight, she said "Yeah, let's try it your way but if it doesn't work we go my way." And she was fair about it and I appreciate her help with everything. Was informative & a perfect appointment

I was pleased with my visit with Dr Shippers. She answered my questions and knew exactly what to do for treatment. I did have to wait to see her for way too long. I was scheduled for 8:30 am, arrived at 8:15 as directed, but did not see the doctor until nearly 9:30. If I had arrived an hour late I am sure my appointment would have been cancelled. As patients, we should be able to expect treatment very close to the time scheduled. Sometimes delay is inevitable but it should be acknowledged and/or explained.

Sarah was amazing however the lady at check in was very rude and blammed me that she was supposed to be going to lunch and couldn't. Another receptionist offered to help her so she could go to lunch and she refused. Not very professional at all.

I'd give her five stars, but maybe in a year after surgery, so I know what I'm talking about. The office personnel were fantastic. I waited awhile. However, I was worked in from the VA--and you know how a government hmo can be. She was nice, informative, and adaptable. When I break a hand again, I'll definitely go back. Wolfhounds.
