The doctor was very open and talked to me like a person, not a paycheck. She discussed what was wrong, surgery needs, and recovery aspects in plain language I understood. Very nice and attentive.

Never got to see the doctor. I left after waiting 45 minutes and still not getting in. If she was running running an hour behind why didn’t her staff call people and tell them to plan accordingly?

So informative and proactive and lovely to work with. I know she gets results because she was able to really help my friend’s toenails and that’s why I’m here! Looking forward to better nails! I really appreciated her explaining why things happen the way they do and what can be done.

Dr Suttle is always engaging and helpful.
Perhaps the front office desk could take a lesson on CS, asking how may I help you , rather than shouting do you have appointment? I was a bit taken back by the rudeness from the front desk.
