Dr. Putnam was terrific. Her communication is the best I can remember from a doctor. She clearly explained her diagnosis and options for treatment—which she then patiently talked through with me, so that we could co-create a treatment plan that worked. (Which she was also kind enough to write down for me.) She made a point of asking if I had questions and answered them carefully. I was also grateful for the pragmatism of her recommendations. On top of all that, she saw me very promptly, which I really appreciated.

I was nervous after having an accident over the weekend and she provided me with more info on how to treat my injury and what the plan was. I was so relieved to have answers to my questions and have a full understanding of what I need to do now and how they'll help in the future.
