Dr. Pepper is excellent! She takes time to connect with our baby and when our daughter was fussy, Dr. Pepper took the time to calm her down before moving forward- we really appreciate this about her. She is patient to answer all our questions and concerns and explains clinical information in a way that’s easy for us to understand. We highly recommend her!

She was very professional; however didn't bother testing for strep knowing my little one had been exposed. Had to go to Sanford today because YMC wouldn't take us. The phone nurse told us his body rash was just viral and not to worry about it. He tested positive for strep today.

Dr Pepper always takes her time to go over any questions with us. She truly cares about her patients and their families.

I was very disappointed in the clinic today. My child was diagnosed with Flu A and strep. We were told that we would receive results within an hour so we stayed in town and never recieved a call. Finally after 3 hours of no call I took it upon myself to call and was told i would be called back. I asked if me and my other child could also be treated since we had all been sharing a bed for the last week and were denied unless we were tested also. I have horrible insurance and I really didnt wanna have to go through today all over again with my other child so I was upset. They said they would call my youngest prescription in and a half hour later they had still yet to call it in. I will be moving my children's and my care else wear. This is not the first time that the clinic has failed to help us in a timely manner. But good news they are very proficient in their billing department! Now I get to make a my children bundle up again to make a special trip into town to get medication.

Dr. Pepper has been great with my baby. She is always kind, caring, and takes her time. My daughter is always smiling at her when we go in for visits.

I was told my daughters awful rash she had was her eczema inflamed. My daughter ended up in the Sioux Falls ER because 5 yankton doctors wouldn’t listen and continued to send us home. Turns out my mom gut was right, something WAS wrong. She had Scalded skin syndrome. She was admitted to children’s hospital & has been there for a week! Something that could have been prevented & treated sooner, considering we were at the doctors office daily for a week prior with no answers in yankton.

She is a magnificent pediatrician, I really like how she treats my son, very treatable and polite

We did have to wait quite some time but she is always good with our kids. Thank you

Took my son in for a well check and physical could get in soon enough with his regular dr. So we tried Dr. Pepper. She had little eye contact and wasn’t always sure who she was addressing her questions too. Didn’t do a thorough well check. Felt like it was just for his physical. Didn’t address any issues that boys his age might have.

I love taking my kids to this doctor. She is very friendly and knowledgeable. The only downside is the wait time. Wait 30 minutes to see her for 10. Plan on an office visit taking over an hour

Didn’t do any testing for my 2 year old that can’t really tell us what’s wrong, she’s been sick for over a week and had been getting worse before I took her in. Pepper said it was just a cold and I felt a little brushed off. Pepper was nice but I wish I had just waited to see our normal doctor.

She was wonderful with our son and such a great and professional doctor. We had to wait an hour to see her, which was a little frustrating but not her fault at all. We would definitely take our son back to her??

My daughter is sick and we were able to get a telemed visit same day with Dr. Sara Pepper. She was awesome and my daughter felt comfortable. We were given options on what we wanted to test. I would recommend her as a pediatric provider.

Dr. Pepper is incredible. She is personable and remembers you and your baby from the previous visit. She is upbeat and extremely intelligent. I'm a first time mom and she has informed me on many products that could be helpful for my baby. Dr. Pepper gives great advice and ideas for transitioning through different stages of having a baby.
