I was so overwhelmed at this appointment as my ekg picked up a fluttering in my heart. I have a pace maker that is not related to this finding.Dr, Karum was so patient, explained everything so carefully, arranged for a pending procedure to treat what is AFib. Dr. Karum started me on a blood thinner, to take until the procedure. I want to thank her, as I was not myself after the ekg (I was feeling great, no issues) so the knew hiccup through me off my usual self! In other words, I was a wreck and Dr. Karum talked me off the ledge! I will forever be indebted!
This was my first visit and I found Dr Karam very easy to talk to and helpful.
I absolutely love her positive attitude but it only lasts until you question her. The appointment started with the EKG tech not knowing how to say my allergies nothing fancy erythromycin and aloe.
Always pleasant and takes time to go over everything and addresses all your concerns.
