We made a plan to continue with PRP AND STAY OFF anti inflammatory meds get MRI after X-rays reviewed and will follow up tomorrow with results of MRI. So a plan for treatment of back issues will not interfere with PRP therapy.

So I had a visit this morning 5/2/24 with this physician and I had explained to him that I was having excruciating pain in my back and lower back. And he prescribed medications that I had already tried in the past that did not help me! I had told him which medications I was on before that did help my pain. And the physician still refused to prescribe the medication that would have helped my symptoms. Overall it was a very bad visit!

Dr. Martinez was wonderful! I went in to get 2 hip injections, and before I left, I ended up with 3 injections. What he recommended made sense, and I was willing to take the chance if it will help. Honestly, 1 pain attack from sitting or standing hurts way more than all 3 injections combined. He is very knowledgeable and very caring. I saw some reviews about having to wait a long time to see him. I had an end of the day appointment, and I had very little wait. Either way, I would have been willing to wait because he is worth the wait.

Never got to see this doctor after a 4 hr wait. Never got results of my X-ray. Around 4:00 explained to the nurse my blood sugar had dropped and I needed to leave to find a snack. Someone brought a piece of candy but no one ever came back. As I left at 5 pm there was no one left in waiting area or reception desk.

I had a nerve block Nov. 13. Horrible experience one 1hr. and 50min. past time told to be there before called back, nurse couldn't hit my vein, nurses and receptionist were rude to my wife. I have had a lot of procedures done at Cambells and other places by far the worst I have ever experienced.

Dr. Martinez was great! I felt minimal to no pain during my steroid injection in my shoulder. Great conversationalist! I was still waiting for him to give the injection and he had already finished!

We have been trying to contact someone to find out exactly what hat information he is requesting before he can do the procedure hes talking about. You can’t talk to anyone and I’m not sure if I’m even getting my texts to anyone.. I get no feedback. He’s wanting clearance on vascular condition and the vascular surgeon doesn’t know what is needed. We’ve got an appointment with the surgeon 6 weeks out in case we can figure out what is required. I would really appreciate contact with someone personally.

For a procedure where I was vulnerable, both dr Martinez and his PA Dale made me feel safe.and comfortable. They helped to minimize the pain during the process. They were extremely good about talking me through what was happening since I could not see.
