The staff is very unprofessional & not friendly or courteous. You can barely understand the physician and he doesn’t explain or take anytime with you. Biggest waste of a doctors visit I have ever had . Wish I could fight this bill because the level of care was so subpar.
Sleep lab was very good the technician was great

Dr. Santos answered all my questions.
He was very rough with me and it hurt terribly. Not once has any of the nurse practitioners ever hurt me like this before. He also wouldn't even entertain the idea of me asking for a new migraine medication. He told me I'd have to wait for another appointment. Which is baffling to me. Because it could have all been taken care of in this one visit while I was already there. It doesn't make any sense to me. Other than the fact he wanted my insurance to pay for another visit. Not a very good look at all.
Took the time to evaluate my issue. He seemed really passionate.
Way too long between appointments seven weeks from the time he looked at me till I get results. My hand hurts would like results faster.
He did a good job of explaining and also he has tested me in ways that had not been done before. I felt that I am finally getting an understanding that I did not have before. Thanks.

Very pleasant, very professional. Procedure was easy and he directed me so that it was also painless.
