Dr Yu diagnosed the problem. He allowed ample time to answer all of our questions and to guide us on the right path.

I don’t like complaining about doctors but this time I feel like I have to. My main and most concerning complaint about Dr. Yu is that he was on his phone most of the time, don’t know what he was doing; two times I had to repeat myself cause he hadn’t heard what I said before since he was looking at his phone all the time. English isn’t my main language but I understand it perfectly, but since it’s not Dr. Yu’s main language either, communication between the two of us was very poor. Even his appearance was poor, his doctor’s robe looked like it had been worn too many times without a cleaning or ironing. Lastly, Dr. Yu came into the room with an assistant who was writing everything down in her laptop, but I was never asked if I was ok with her being there; I wouldn’t have minded, I guess I didn’t have any other choice, but I feel like I should’ve been asked in advance.

After check in, I had to wait 45 minutes before being seen. I had to lay straight on exam table which is too difficult because of pain in leg. I was able to sit and hold onto a pillow under painful leg. I was told a doctor would be in shortly for second half. I waited 30 more minutes on exam table, semi comfortable laying on my side with pillow between knees, but cold with bare legs. When I had to lay on my back again, doctor put the table up behind me, much better. I had problems when doctor kept telling me to put my feet up and down. He finally demonstrated he ment to put my toes up or down, which by then my body decided to not work at all. The doctor was frustrated with me and I was frustrated with the whole procedure. I said I’d need help down off the table and doctor said he would send someone in. I was not satisfied to “wait” more and got down, telling doctor I needed my walker (which had been placed outside the room). By thetime I was dressed and ready to leave, I was
