Exceptional medical services provided.
Dr. Santos showed great kindness and assistance in providing different options for my brother's health, despite his challenges with MS. My brother now has difficulty managing his emotions and regaining composure. However, Dr. Santos understood and continued his professional approach to help him.

Waited 6 mos for follow up appt. Too long. Ridiculous. The pre-visit online form was awful. Many questions had nothing to do w visit. And several sections kept repeating

Technician who conducted 1st part of conduction test was abrupt and not gentle in moving legs; not communicative. Why couldn't Dr. Yu who did 2nd part of test not able to verbalize his findings upon completing test or simply state his diagnosis? F/u is scheduled too far out (I mth)!
