Dr Santos and all of his staff are amazing people and the jobs they do are fascinating and thank God very helpful. Love you guys forever grateful Jennifer Boggs.

Dr. Yu was very thorough!

After waiting several hours to see the Dr. He was short with me and didn’t listen to my concerns about medication and wrote me the wrong dosage for Pregabalin, the only medication that he wrote a prescription for. I didn’t even know it until after I filled the prescription and opened the bag that it came in. Now I have to track down the doctor or nurse, explain what happened get a different prescription filled for the same medication! I take 300 mg of Pregabalin, not 200. I have been taking it for several years and this is the dose it has always been.

Dr Yu really cares about his patients. He takes time to listen and develops a plan to expedite recovery. I’m grateful to have been referred to him.

I felt rush unheard and dismissed. I waited over an hour didn't get to discuss all of my concerns and when I asked about one test In particular I was shut down with insurance won't pay for that and that was it. These appointments are so far apart too hard to get and too inpactful on my life to be dismissed as if I am cattle in line. Only to be left not even know if the Neurologist will be taking over the distribution of one of my medications that they should be monitoring anyway..

He was running over an hour late. That's fine. I understand things happen. Finally get into an exam room, and He starts talking to the nurse about her schedule. And not for just a short amount of time...it was a significant amount of time. So not only did I have to wait. But I was robbed of my dignity as a patient as I sat there, completely ignored, while he chattered on endlessly with his nurse about I significant office details. I wad fairly stunned, though people in general no longer surprise me. Deplorable. Utterly.

Never touched my body to examine me. No suggestion of my progress or lack of. I asked to have my medication list updated. I showed and confirmed my medications, and was told to bring a list of meds to my next visit. I was to have had a spinal tap, but as written up by his staff, I was left to bounce back and forth between radiology, lab and medical staff, being told what I was to get was lab, and after 1hr+ of back and forth, lab took 10 vials of blood - evidently in error. Yu said he does this all the time and never had a problem. No plan of what is wrong and what's next in the meeting. He re-ordered the spinal tap, and then ordered I return in 4-6 wks, and see his asst - to evaluate results of a spinal tap and explain it to me, and determine next steps in my diagnosis, which has been going on more than a year!?!?

I didn't understand some of what he said.

The office was fast and efficient. The doctor Took his time and really listened. Everything was explained in great detail very very satisfied.

I had to wait for almost 2 hours but I was the last patient so I was not upset.

Could not undetstand half the time because of his accent. Speaking slower would help.

His bedside manner is deplorable. He did not introduce himself. Acted put out at my simple interest in the test. He was rough and appeared to take pleasure in sticking me with the needles forcefully. His medical assistant was very personable and professional. He acted as though he was God's gift to mankind and would brook no questions.

Was patient oriented. Made me comfortable as he explained the procedures he was performing. He will forward the results to my primary in about 7 days.

Gave me medication only after I almost fell off of my chair from terrible migraine. Didn’t even listen to what I was saying then finally stated he recommends me seeing a headache specialist. Terrible service .

I like him because he focus And he’s being attention for my illness. It looks like he’s dedicated for what he expects out of life. He is an excellent doctor.

He never read the notes and kept asking about the wrong body part!!! He gave insight into what or how we could get help for the pain and discomfort!!! It was a horrible experience. He was texting during the visit and never once apologized or even said excuse me!!!

Saw him in December and he requested MRI and scans with a follow up to review the findings. No one told me the follow up would be with his NP instead of him which I was not okay with. Finally he saw me and just said everything looked normal and to do all the things I had already done before seeing him which were already ruled out and which I had already told him during my initial visit. it’s like he didn’t even take the time to review my file before coming in the room to make a better recommendation.

Obviously knowledgeable and obviously overbooked with patients because I waited a long time only to be rushed through my appointment.

Our appointment was at 11 o’clock. We arrived at 10:45 Per instructed. We were not called in until 1155 and then sat in the room waiting for the doctor until 12:07. Long long wait.

Came for an appointment and was basically told to go elsewhere. Could ya not have told us that when we made tha appointment. Significant language barrier.

Dr Santos was easy to understand and he was able to clarify why patient should delay the Watchman procedure based on scan result of the brain. Thank you Doctor!

This was my first time being there to see him, Dr Yu. He walked into the room like he had known me for years. His personality and professionalism was overwhelming! Looking forward to seeing him again.

I had to debate why I should get my medicines refilled. The “doctor” would get angry and upset for not understanding.

The Technician was great. Explained each step and what to expect. The doctor said nothing about what was about to happen or what to expect. Gave no heads up before implanting needles. At the end said report will be sent to my doctor and then “good-bye”. I was left laying on the table wondering if someone was coming to give more directions - like you can get dressed now , or say after you get dressed you can leave. None of that happened, I finally gave up waiting and left.

Didn’t listen to a single word I had to say. He seemed to hear the opposite of what I did say every time I spoke, he contradicted me, and, again, did *not* listen to anything I was saying. Possibly the worst service I have *ever* had with a doctor. And I’ve seen doctors in at least four countries.

I have had problems since I was in my twenties. I went in to see Dr. Yu and he patiently listened to my complaints and asked me questions. He sent me for the usual, blood tests, etc. Dr. Yu also sent me to a neuropsychologist for more testing. When I went back in for my results after months of testing. Dr. Yu found that I had an autoimmune disease. Which really shocked me but also made sense to me. He referred me to a rheumatologist for treatment. Thank you Dr. Yu

Our appointment was at 5:30 but we were told to be there 30 minutes early to complete paperwork however we were not seeing by a doctor until 6:30 doctors was nice this was our first visit he ordered blood work too soon to know what kind of doctor he will be but the front desk employees are very rude and unprofessional

I've had great success working with Dr. Yu's assistants, Eleanor and Michelle; (thankfully) my issues aren't unique enough to warrant his direct interest. We did meet for the initial appointment.

Either he forgot my answers or didn't believe me. He stated issues that I told him were not true this visit and the last visit at least 8 times. He talks too quietly which made me feel like it didn't matter if I hear the important medical problems.

We waited for over one hour while only 10 minutes were in the room with us.

Dr Yu is very attentive to details, as my situation is still needing a lot of detective work. I find him to be very pleasant but also serious regarding treatment.I’m very glad I am his patient. A desilva.

Why bother! I read comments with the same complaints I have that were dated back to 2008. That tells me that nothing changes. All I wanted was a discussion about my condition. Instead I was talked over and even told to sush a couple of times. This was supposed to be a discussion of my results not an inquiry into my mental health. No answers, no solutions. I could barely understand him and did not like the fact that he offered no answers or explanations for ordering another test. However, as I said, no matter what patients write in their reviews, nothing changes. I expressed my concerns only to receive a blank stare from the Dr. While being told I was referred back to the PA. Wow! I’m at square one!

He was an hour late

I visit NCN every 6 weeks, maybe a little more if we’re experimenting on what may help help me. I suffer from SEVERE migraines. I explain “My-GrrrrrAAAnnnz” as follows: RIGHT up in your face AND RIGHT up IN your space. I’m impressed by Dr. Santos ability to be so understanding or sympathetic and after all these years. These “bad headaches” have been validated. So now we have built a solid foundation with the treatment. My next goal is to see if we can eliminate them altogether?!? Im hopeful. Also been able to enjoy being in the elements, I gained employment in an office setting, and finally gained almost full ROM of my neck again. Thanks so much Dr. Santos (please don’t forget the other Drs and THE staff was impressive. Always in a good mood, quick to handle things, MOST IMPORTANTLY, they are kind and warm-hearted. Especially you “B”. Thanks so much everyone. C ya in 6.
