Need to hire more nurses. Extremely under staffed, especially in the chemo area. They are going to lose patients

Technician took blood pressure. Reading was very high. Instead of repeating the test the reading was recorded and ownership of issue was placed on the patient. Blood pressure protocol not followed. Pressure taken through the shirt minutes after taking a blood sample with a tight bandage still applied around the same arm.
