The receptionists & assistants were so real and “with it”. The paperwork was minimal, the attentiveness was immediate, there were no lines, minimal wait time. I’m just waiting for the insurance to process the treatment requests after my next visit. Efficiency is achieved by systematically choosing one body part per visit. Prioritizing which knee needs to be attended to first is a challenge, when the pain is equal, and the body is inextricably inter-related. As a specialist, Gupta showed the bedside manner of a warm family doctor. Though he is a surgeon, he seems to cover alternative approaches until surgery becomes the best resort. Time will tell if this office can improve my mobility issues. The next step is a foot specialist. However, Gupta’s team made a decent first impression on me.

I was surprised at the individual attention he gave to my daughter and took the time to evaluate her. He was very thorough.

Dr. Gupta did my bilateral hip surgeries in 2015 & 2018. I’ve never had any issues; my recuperation was uneventful. Today was another successful follow-up and I no longer need follow-up care!

I was in a lot of pain and he was grascious enough to take me in for a consultation right away!

Needs to take a bit more time with patient and also not have patient come back for injections because you want to bill twice. Insurance does not need authorization- I called and was told it could have been done the same day.
