I CAME IN VERY SICK WITH Pneumonia in both lungs and Miss Sandra treated me with the upmost respect she was kind, gentle understanding, and she made sure I had all my medicines to keep my lungs open my nebulizer just a very kind doctor if I could give her 100 stars I would check her out guys. She’s amazing she’s really good.

I highly recommend Dr.Roberson. For the first time I feel there is hope for my daughter to start feeling better after her allergy and asthma diagnosis. She’s kind, comforting and wastes no time getting to the bottom of things. I can’t wait to see my daughter blossom and be back to her normal self with the help of Dr.Roberson. The office ladies were great and the nurses we had was phenomenal. They really went the extra mile to make my daughter as relaxed as possible for the tests.

Was rather disappointed in my visit with Dr. Roberson, she has little to no bedside manner and spent more time with her notes than engaging eye to eye with the patient. Felt like she was just checking people off the list and collecting her $. She should take lessons from her nursing staff as they were friendly and had great bedside manner.

During my appointment the doctor left the room saying let me grab you some samples of a medication, with no indication she would not return to the exam room. I had a number of questions remaining but she did not return - sent a nurse/assistant instead, and I never was told what she believes my ailment may be. In summary, the appointment felt very incomplete. Even when she was in the exam room, she never even mentioned what I may have or really asked that much about it. Overall an odd patient experience. Everyone was ‘nice’ just not thorough.

Dr. Roberson has plenty of experience in this field and the whole family can come to the same place.

My child had asthma flare up, and still could not fully "catch" breath. She said his lung function looks fine, just take two puffs of rescue before physical exercise. I wasted two trips to the doctors, one to my primary care to get a referral to see you all and then the appointment/visit i made to you all. My son said he still could breath well and I received no real solution. Very disappointing waist of my time and money.

I have been going to Atlanta Allergy and Asthma clinic since 1999. Staff is always nice and pleasant. Exam rooms and waiting area clean. I have seen a couple of other Drs just a few times. Most interaction is with Dr. Roberson, always a pleasure and friendly. She listens well and that is something a lot of other Dr.s dont do. You have to be pro active in your own Healthcare as well. Articulating acurately your cause for a visit is part of helping the Dr. understanding your needs. In my book, I think she would be a great friend as well.
