Sandra Maguire, M.D.

Dr. Sandra Maguire, M.D., is a non-surgical spine and nerve specialist focused on helping patients find relief from back pain and nerve-related conditions. She has extensive expertise in electromyography (EMG) testing, which helps accurately diagnose nerve and muscle disorders to guide the most effective treatment plan. By emphasizing conservative, non-surgical approaches, Dr. Maguire works with patients to reduce pain, improve function, and restore quality of life. Dr. Maguire completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Vermont before earning her Medical Degree from Rush University Medical College in Chicago, IL. She completed her medical internship at Boston Medical Center, followed by her Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) residency training through Harvard Medical School at Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital in Boston, MA.

Holding active staff privileges at South Shore Hospital in South Weymouth, MA, Dr. Maguire brings double-boarded expertise to her practice.
